NJP / Bagdogra / Siliguri → Gangtok Private pickup and drive into Gangtok. Check in and spend the evening around MG Marg. There is no need to pack sightseeing into the first day—the mountains start properly tomorrow. Overnight: Gangtok

Lachung → Yumthang Valley → Zero Point → Lachung* Drive into beautiful Yumthang Valley, where the mountains open into a broad alpine landscape.
