Yes. Changes to travel dates, passenger count, hotel category, vehicle type or itinerary may be requested. All modifications are subject to availability, applicable permits and revised charges. Additional costs, if any, must be approved before changes are confirmed.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the applicable policy, booking conditions, cancellation timing and any non-refundable supplier commitments. Customers should submit cancellation requests through the official booking contact. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the accepted booking terms.
Group quotations are available for families, corporate groups, travel agents and larger private bookings. Rates depend on group size, travel dates, accommodation requirements, vehicle allocation and itinerary. Any discount will be specified in the final quotation.
Travel Tips & Booking Information
The advance payment requirement and balance-payment deadline will be specified in your quotation. Customers must verify the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions and total price before paying. Payment confirmation and booking details will be provided after the required verification.
Additional charges may apply for optional sightseeing, extra vehicle kilometers, route diversions, extended waiting, upgraded accommodation, activities and services not included in the quotation. Permit costs are included only where expressly stated. All known additional charges should be clarified before confirmation.
A booking transfer may be considered subject to hotel, transport and supplier conditions. For destinations requiring permits, replacement travelers must meet eligibility requirements and submit valid documents. Name changes are not guaranteed after permits or non-transferable reservations have been issued.

Fixed Departures & Private Tours
Inclusions vary by package and are specified in the published itinerary. They may cover accommodation, applicable meals, transport, scheduled sightseeing and stated permits.
Yes. Fixed departure packages operate as group tours with travellers sharing scheduled transport. Private packages are arranged separately for the booking party.
The standard operational minimum is four travellers per vehicle. Departure operation and vehicle allocation remain subject to the confirmed booking conditions.
No. Visits to destinations such as Nathula Pass, Gurudongmar Lake and Zero Point depend on permits, weather, road conditions and government restrictions.

Cab Services & Transfers
